Data Deletion
BetterTrade lets you permanently delete your account and the data linked to it directly from inside the
app.
1. Delete Your Account In-App
- Open Profile in BetterTrade.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the warning and complete the re-authentication step.
Deleting your BetterTrade account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Manage or cancel billing in Google Play before deleting the account if you do not want future charges.
2. What Gets Deleted
- Your BetterTrade authentication record.
- Your trade journal entries, reviews, daily journal entries, and related preferences or stats documents.
- Your screenshot uploads linked to the account.
- Your support feedback documents linked to the account.
- Your import-support requests and any private sample files uploaded through that support flow.
3. What Does Not Cancel Automatically
The in-app deletion flow removes BetterTrade account data, but subscription billing is handled by Google Play. If you have an active BetterTrade Pro subscription, manage it through Google Play separately.
